How nice would it be to imagine a world where people wake up every day inspired to go to work and return home at the end of the day feeling fulfilled by the work they do, feeling that they have contributed to something greater than themselves.
I'm terribly lucky to have such a blessing. My 'Why' is to help build financial freedom for my clients, friends, families, and our communities. There are many many ways I accomplish this that extends further than originating Home Loans. We try and host as many educational seminars as possible, we are trained in finance and are expected to be market experts to know how to accomplish this freedom. Lastly, there is an inspiration of such that is completely transparent . Whether it is with clients, business partners, bosses or subordinates; I value the ability to help others reach financial freedom more than anything else I do.
Our expectations may be lofty, but there is a saying around here which is that we're so far outside of the box, the box doesn't even exist. We are redefining the roles, expectations, and responsibilities of the professionals in charge of originating millions of dollars a month in Loan Volume. Somewhere along the way, between government regulation and federal law, we've diminished the talent pool and expectations of what a Residential Loan Officer should really do. For instance, I've seen where Quicken Loan's originator's compensation plan is structured around how many $500 application fees they can charge a day!?! How is that result in an effective, caring, and responsible way of providing probably the most important service you'll ever pay for!??? Giving away information that most charge for is the strange place we've landed and it seems to work well for us. A favorite quote of mine: "Your net worth to the world is usually determined by what remains after your bad habits are subtracted from your good ones"- Benjamin Franklin. Our Mission? To leave a legacy behind with such a grand net worth that came from making an unbelievable difference in people's lives that our operation is used as an example in text books that are written teaching young cultures the definition of what it means to be selfless. My favorite question from customers: "Do you really do that?" :) Literally having clients surprised that they are getting certain values and services that are far above industry standard.
